Glasgow Close Knit Community event

The “Glasgow Close Knit” community initiative, which began in late 2024, is a collaborative project by the Presbytery of Glasgow. It involves knitting or crocheting squares to create blankets for people in need, and these blankets will be displayed in various locations within the Presbytery later in 2025. The initiative aims to foster community, connect individuals, and address homelessness within Glasgow.
They will be running an event on the Drying Green Area on either Sunday 22nd June or Sunday 3rd August 2025 (weather dependent). The event will start at 10am and finish at 6pm.
