Permission to hold the World Pipe Band Championships in Glasgow Green on Friday 14 August and Saturday 15 August 2026 has been granted.
The event will start at approximately 7:00am and finish at 8:00pm on each event day, access to the site will begin from 7:00am on Wednesday 5 August 2026 and will vacate the site by 6:00pm on Thursday 20 August 2026.
They anticipate a maximum of 9,999 people will take part in your event on Friday and 30,000 on Saturday.
