Our next monthly litter pick will take place on Sunday 15th February, 10am meeting at Barrowland Park.  All welcome!

Light of Memory, Memorial Gathering on Tuesday 24 February 2026 will assemble and disperse at McLennan Arch, Glasgow Green on Tuesday 24th February. They will require access to the site from 5:45pm and will vacate the site by 6:30pm.  The event begins at 6pm and will finish at 6:30pm.

Permission has been given  to film on Glasgow Green (at Children’s Play Area) on either Monday 2 March or Tuesday 3 March 2026 (depending on weather) for filming a short film “Standing on the Bridge” has been granted. Filming will start at approximately 9:00am and finish at 3:00pm.

Glasgow St Patrick’s Festival Parade on Saturday 14 March 2026, starting at approximately 10:45am and finish at 11:30am. 750 people are expected to attend.

Community Litter Pick.  Meet at 10am at Barrowland Park.  All welcome.

Permission for a MARKED Wayfinding Cycling Study in Glasgow Green from Monday 16 March to Friday 20 March 2026 has been granted. The event will start at approximately 9:00am and finish at 5:00pm each day, access to the site from 9:00am and will vacate the site by 6:00pm.  10 people will be involved.

Departing from Tullis St with assembly at 4:15pm departing 4:30pm.  Taking the following route: Tullis St, Main St, Bridgeton Cross, London Road, Arcadia St, Glasgow Green Carriageway to Dassie Green War Memorial (short wreath laying ceremony) Glasgow Green Carriageway, Arcadia Street, London Road, Bridgeton Cross, Main St, dispersing at Tullis St.  

There will be another of our monthly litter picks this Sunday assembling at 10am in Barrowland Park.  It's set to be cloudy but dry this Sunday so come along and get involved.
