No new planning applications this week for the Calton area.
Mercat Building (25/00707/FUL): Ground floor use reverted to commercial to preserve exterior integrity. Decision pending.
Charlotte Street (23/00026/FUL): CCC’s 2023 objections still stand. CCC welcomed revisions in July but raised concerns and requested to attend the required pre-determination hearing.
