As you are hopefully aware, the People’s Palace is closing on the 14th April for major renovation works – do be sure to get a visit in before then! The Friends of Peoples Palace, Winter Gardens and Glasgow Green are organising a farewell event to mark the closure for refurbishment at 3:30pm outside the People’s Palace. This leaves ample time before the final door close at 5pm. St Francis Pipe Band will be performing plus St Dennis Children choir.
