The applicant, John Pritchard, is looking to sell hot and cold food and drinks on Sunday 05th of February 06.00 – 13.00 – that’s when the Winter Warmer Run takes place. The location of the stall is within Glasgow Green, to the North of the North Western Tip of Nelson’s Monument.
