An application has been received for the use of a public house (Sui Generis) as a restaurant (Class 3)/hot food takeaway (Sui Generis) and the erection of a flue. This application is for 224 Abercromby Street, previously known as the Treble Two/222, for an applicant known as Chilos Hot Food.

The application includes a new stainless steel framed shop frontage, but allocates no space for bin storage, explaining in the application that the collection of waste will be carried out by a private contractor.
