How land is owned managed and used impacts our everyday lives, no matter where you live.
Join us on Wednesday 31 January 2024 at 7pm to share your views about why land matters to you.

Calton Community Council received details of the following virtual event that is open to the public:

Land matters because we all use it, and we all need it.
Join the Scottish Land Commission for the next in our series of virtual public meetings, covering Glasgow on Wednesday 31 January 2024 at 7:00 pm.
There will be a short presentation on our work, followed by a Q&A session with our Chair, Andrew Thin, and Land Commissioner Lorne MacLeod. Find out more about land reform, share your views on it in your area, and learn how it can contribute to a successful Scotland. We will be discussing:

  • Transforming vacant and derelict land
  • Land for housing
