Audio Engineer confirms that TRNSMT noise/vibration management is suitable

After receiving the TRNSMT Noise Management Plan from Glasgow City Council, Calton Community Council sought independent advice on whether it was suitable to protect residents’ homes. An Electroacoustic Engineer reviewed the plan and confirmed to us that it seemed to be of a suitable standard. They also confirmed that Vanguardia and Adlib are well respected within the industry.

However, they suggested that we should attempt to map where complaints are received from this year, to better target where noise should be monitored from. Therefore, if you feel that the noise and vibration from TRNSMT are affecting you and your home, please let us know using our info@calton-community-council.com email address.
