Calton Community Council has received two licensing applications for Temporary Public Entertainment on Glasgow Green. The applications are from Glasgow Life, for The World Pipe Band Championships.
Day 1 is Friday 18th of August, when the license is from 8am to 6pm. On this day, the application is for Grade 1 Qualifier Pipe Band Competition, 13 Mobile Trade Stands, 6 Catering Units & 2 Merchandise Units.
On day 2, Saturday 19th August, the license is from 7am to 9pm. It is for a Mass March Past, 14 Mobile Trade Stands, 37 Covered Trade Stands, 6 High Volume Catering Units and 14 Low Volume Catering Units within the Scottish Food Village and 3 Merchandise Units.
