Calton Community Council has received an application for a Variation of Premises License at The Hoops Bar, 283 Gallowgate. The applicant, The Legends Bar Company, proposes to a) add outdoor drinking facilities within core licensed hours; and b) amend the layout of the premises by incorporating an external area to the side of the premises to seat 32 persons with no change in the overall capacity.
