An application has been received for the erection of residential flatted dwellings (65 units) with access, parking, amenity space, landscaping and associated works, includes relocated electrical substation. This application is for 58-72 Charlotte Street and includes the demolition of 58 Charlotte Street (which has its own application 23/00027/FUL).

The proposed homes include a selection of 1, 2 and 3-bed apartments, all accessed via a “gallery walkway” deck access. A bike store suitable for up to 36 bikes is situated on the ground floor, as well as 27 residential car parking spaces.

This application includes lots of documentation, including a large Design and Access statement, daylighting report, and multiple documents on landscaping design. We would strongly recommend anyone interested takes a look at this themselves.
