Planning Update
Since the last public meeting of 13th November 2025 CCC has submitted support for Moncur Street (25/02373/FUL; 25/02445/ADV) and the site adjacent to 327 Gallowgate (25/02584/FUL), supported in principle the Mercat Building temporary advertisement (25/02745/ADV) while requesting coordination with pending FUL/LBA, and opposed the digital hoarding at 329 Gallowgate (appeal dismissed).
CCC has responded to the East Boathouse consultation and continues to press for transparency and full documentation on the Charlotte Street proposals (23/00026/FUL; 23/00027/CON).
Public input is sought only on the short‑term let at 73 Stevenson Street (25/02318/FUL); CCC proposes to neither approve nor object but will record community concerns about STLs.
