Back on the Road (BotR) is a local Glasgow programme based at the Bridgeton Bus Garage. The programme supports individuals with substance use background by providing vehicle restoration workshops and training to enhance their employability and help them achieve positive outcomes. According to pre- and post-programme assessments, their employability and well-being improved significantly.
