(Variation No.1 – Carbon based permit charges and additional permit charges) Order 2025
We have received notification that the above named Traffic Regulation Order was made on 16 June 2025 which will introduce carbon based resident permit charges and additional permit charges for affected residents in the parking zone.
An advert will be placed in the Glasgow Times on Thursday 26 June 2025 stating that the Traffic Regulation Order has been made. The advert advises that any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 16 June 2025, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
All those who objected to or supported the proposals will now be written to and advised of the decision.
